Effective date: 5 September 2026
You can disconnect Mocato Page Publisher (the “App”) immediately and ask Công ty Cổ phần Mocato Việt Nam (“Mocato Việt Nam”) to delete data associated with your Facebook authorization.
Option 1 — Revoke access in Facebook
- Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
- Select “Mocato Page Publisher” and remove its access.
Revocation stops future API access. Content already published to a Page is not automatically deleted; a Page administrator can remove that content directly on Facebook.
Option 2 — Request deletion from us
Email lienhe@mocato.vn with the subject “Data Deletion Request — Mocato Page Publisher”. Include the Facebook name, Page name and Page ID associated with the request. Do not send a password, access token or authentication code.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it relates to the correct account or Page, revoke or delete stored authorization credentials and delete associated identifiers, schedules and operational records under our control. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
We may retain a minimal record when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or to document completion of the request. Data stored independently by Meta or Google must be managed through the controls provided by those services.
Confirmation
After completing the request, we will send confirmation to the email address used to contact us.
