This Privacy Policy explains how Công ty Cổ phần Mocato Việt Nam (“Mocato Việt Nam”) handles information when authorized users operate Mocato Page Publisher (the “App”). The App is an internal publishing utility for personnel authorized to manage designated Facebook Pages.
1. Information we process
Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, the App may process:
- basic Facebook account information made available by Meta, such as user ID, name and profile picture;
- Facebook Page IDs, Page names, assigned Page tasks and permission status;
- Page content and engagement information needed to identify or verify managed posts;
- captions, schedules, video references, publishing status and Meta post or video IDs;
- access tokens and authorization records required to make approved API requests; and
- limited technical logs, including timestamps, success or error status and diagnostic messages.
The App does not request Facebook passwords. Passwords and multi-factor authentication codes are handled directly by Meta.
2. How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate authorized users, list Pages they manage, upload or manage approved Page posts and videos, display publishing status, troubleshoot failures, prevent misuse and comply with applicable requirements.
3. Google Drive and Google Sheets
When enabled by the user, the App may read approved video files from Google Drive and read or update publishing instructions in Google Sheets. Media and captions selected by an authorized user are transmitted to Meta for publication. Google credentials are not provided to Meta, and Meta credentials are not provided to Google.
4. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information or data received from Meta. Information may be processed by Meta and Google to provide their respective services, by infrastructure providers acting on our instructions, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising profiles or unrelated purposes.
5. Retention
Authorization credentials are retained only while the relevant integration remains connected or until they expire or are revoked. Publishing records and operational logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Content retained in Facebook Pages, Google Drive or Google Sheets is governed by the account owner’s settings on those services.
6. Security
We apply access controls, least-privilege permissions and protected credential storage. Access is limited to authorized personnel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we review access and remove credentials that are no longer needed.
7. Your choices and rights
Authorized users may revoke the App through Facebook settings and may request access, correction or deletion by following our Data Deletion Instructions. We may need limited information to verify that a request relates to the correct account or Page.
8. Children
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the App, applicable APIs or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
