Effective date: 5 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of Mocato Page Publisher (the “App”) by personnel authorized by Công ty Cổ phần Mocato Việt Nam (“Mocato Việt Nam”).

1. Authorized use

The App may be used only by persons authorized by Mocato Việt Nam and only for Facebook Pages that they are permitted to manage. Users must keep their accounts secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Content responsibilities

Users must review content before marking it ready for publication. They must have the necessary rights and approvals for every caption, image, video, trademark and other material submitted through the App. Users remain responsible for accuracy, publication timing and compliance with applicable law and platform policies.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users must not use the App to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or unauthorized content; evade platform safeguards; collect data for unrelated purposes; share access tokens; interfere with the App; or manage a Page without permission.

4. Third-party services

The App relies on services supplied by Meta and may use Google Drive and Google Sheets. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, limit or suspend API access. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. The App is not endorsed by Meta.

5. Availability

We aim to operate the App reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled publications may be delayed by connectivity, device availability, API processing, token expiration or third-party service outages. Users should verify important publications on the destination Page.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse or discontinue the App. Users may stop using the App and revoke its permissions at any time.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as available” basis. Mocato Việt Nam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party platforms, unauthorized use, content supplied by users or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
